Terms & Conditions

The Rental Agreement comprises these terms and conditions and is provided with each Vehicle at the point of hire/pickup.

Rights & Obligations

The Vehicle is a property of the owner and the Renter is obliged to return it to the owner in perfect condition as when it was delivered.

The Vehicle is supplied to The Renter with all necessary equipment and documents allowing legal road use, of which The Renter becomes custodian in front of the law. The Renter is responsible for any traffic fines. It’s by the law to wear helmets and seat belts.

The Vehicle must always be locked when it’s parked. Lost or broken keys are the renter’s responsibility.

The Renter is responsible to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle as well as in case of its loss. 

The holder of provisional driving license is not allowed to carry passengers.

The renter will be obliged to deposit passport at the time of hiring the vehicle. The owner has the right to keep them as a security until any damages or other expenses are paid.

Insurance

The Vehicle has THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. In case of an accident the Owner is not responsible for the driver or the passengers.

Vehicle Usage 

THE VEHICLE MAY NOT BE USED: 

 for racing, pace-making, speed testing, off road and dirty tracks, or driving instructions.

 By any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or barbiturates;

 By any other person then the renter who signed the contract.

The rented vehicle is strictly only for the area of Ayia Napa, Paralimni and Protaras.

Payments and refunds

At the time of booking through the site the Renter should pay 15% prepayment to secure the booking.

Prepayment is not refundable, if order is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booked rental period.

In the case of not returning the vehicle on the agreed day and time, the renter is obliged to pay €50 per hour of delay.

Petrol is not refundable.

After the signature on the contract refunds can not be given.
